A record number of local authorities have objected to the expansion proposals in London City\u2019s Master Plan.&nbsp;<strong>Tower Hamlets, Newham, Hackney, Waltham Forest, Redbridge, Havering and Lewisham have objected.&nbsp; Never before has London City faced this level of opposition.
